Professional Pastoral Supervision for pastors, chaplains, educators, and Christian leaders who want to navigate complexity, strengthen their leadership and sustain their calling.

Leadership can be deeply rewarding—and it can also be demanding, isolating, and complex.

Professional Pastoral Supervision provides a confidential space to think clearly, navigate challenges, strengthen your leadership and sustain your calling.

What's at stake?

Leadership is shaping you every day.

Without intentional reflection, it's easy to become

• reactive instead of responsive

• isolated instead of supported

• driven by urgency instead of purpose

• overwhelmed instead of resilient

• surviving rather than flourishing

Professional pastoral supervision creates space to reflect, regain perspective, and continue leading with wisdom, resilience and integrity.

Supporting Christian leaders across Sydney, Australia, and beyond

Creating space for wiser, healthier, more sustainable leadership.

Leadership asks a great deal of you.

The responsibility, complexity, and constant demands of ministry can leave even experienced leaders feeling stretched, isolated, or uncertain.

Professional Pastoral Supervision offers a confidential space to step back, think deeply, and reflect on your leadership, relationships, decisions, and sense of calling—so you can lead with greater clarity, resilience, and integrity.

With over 20 years of ministry leadership experience, I understand these realities firsthand. As an Accredited Professional Pastoral Supervisor, I partner with pastors, chaplains, educators, and Christian leaders to help them flourish in ministry over the long term.

My approach integrates theological reflection, systems thinking, emotional maturity, vocational resilience, and reflective practice to help leaders lead with wisdom and sustainability.

  • Most people find that meeting every four to six weeks provides a healthy rhythm for reflection, growth, and accountability. During periods of significant change, increased responsibility, or personal challenge, more frequent sessions may be beneficial. Together, we'll determine a schedule that best supports your needs and context.

  • I am an Accredited Professional Pastoral Supervisor with the Australasian Association of Supervisors and an approved supervision provider for a number of denominations, dioceses, and Christian organisations. • Yes. Confidentiality is a foundational part of Professional Pastoral Supervision. Everything discussed remains confidential, except where there are legal, ethical, or professional obligations to disclose information, such as concerns about serious risk of harm. At the beginning of our work together, I'll explain these boundaries clearly so you know exactly what to expect.

  • Your first session is an opportunity for us to get to know one another and explore what has brought you to supervision. We'll discuss your role, your ministry or professional context, the opportunities and challenges you're currently facing, and what you hope to gain from supervision. You'll also have the opportunity to ask questions, and together we'll consider whether we're a good fit for working together.
