I’m here to help. With over 20 years of vocational ministry experience—both in Australia and internationally—I understand the joys and struggles of leadership. Since graduating from Sydney Missionary and Bible College in 2004, I’ve worked in youth ministry, university student outreach, leadership development, and cross-cultural mission work. I’ve also served as a Chaplain and Head of Christian Studies at an Anglican girls' school in Sydney and have mentored and pastorally cared for Bible college students training to be church leaders.

As a Professional Pastoral Supervisor, I provide a safe, reflective space where you can be seen, heard, and supported. Drawing from Bowen’s Family Systems Theory, I help ministry leaders understand how their personal and professional lives intersect—so they can lead with clarity, resilience, and wisdom.
